All New clients must be referred by another provider and will receive a phone call within 24 to 72 business hours to address your concerns, verify your insurance and direct you to the necessary paperwork prior to appointment being confirmed in the office. After two attempts at reaching you with the information your referral source has provided, and you do not return the call to the office, your appointment will be cancelled.
